Center Communities
The church isn’t just about a gathering on the weekend or an event during the week. Jesus doesn’t just save us as isolated individuals; He brings us into the family of God, in which we now learn to follow Jesus together.
In order to follow Jesus together, we have set up our Center Communities to help us follow the pattern of Jesus’ life alongside others.
We focus our hearts upward towards God.
We develop relationships of depth with others.
We turn our lives to those who are in need.
What does it look like to be in a Center Community?
Each Community works the above ideas (Up, In, Out) out in different ways. Some Communities meet weekly, while some meet a couple of times a month. Some are primarily made up of a specific age group, while some are diverse in age and season of life. Some Center Communities are neighborhood-based, and some are not. There is flexibility for each Community to figure out how to set up their rhythms in order to best follow Jesus together.
